Yes — you can reschedule or cancel from the "My appointments" section any time up to 2 hours before your slot, free of charge. Cancellations closer to the appointment time may carry a small fee, shown before you confirm.
For non-emergencies, our 24/7 helpline can triage your symptoms and book you a same-day video or in-clinic slot. For a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room directly.
Once your slot starts, you'll get a link to join a secure video call with your doctor from the app or browser. After the call, any prescription is sent digitally to your account and saved in your health records.
A smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space. We recommend joining a couple of minutes early to test your camera and audio.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and major wallets. Payment is taken at the time of booking and you'll receive a digital receipt by email.
If you cancel within the free cancellation window, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Late cancellations are refunded minus the cancellation fee shown at the time.
